Each callsign above (such as “Alpha 1”) will be heard with two or one digit(s) added to the callsign. The lower the numbers used, the higher the rank. Example. “Alpha” is the callsign for Administration, whereas ‘Alpha 1’ is the Chief Commissioner, the highest-ranked officer in Tasmania Police service And Tango 1 would be the officer in charge of Traffic in Tasmania and so on.

There are not any other callsigns used in Tasmania. All other radio procedures etc will be easily understood.
